Drupal 7 - Improving Asthma Health

This is a Drupal 7 responsive and multilingual site for improving asthma health. The registration and health profile forms uses JQuery ajax instead of the Drupal Form API ajax to capture the data, which is validated along the way. The current studies page detects for geolocation, which will then order the study centres by location. If geolocation is not available then the ip address is detected and used to order the studies. This project also required a customised module to export the data captured as a CSV file.

This is a multilingual parallax scrolling Drupal 7 site. There is a site finder module, which returns the nearest study centre for the postcode entered, and places a pin on a google map for that location.

Built a bespoke login and registration form which manipulated the user profile form. This site also uses a data capture form that uses the Drupal 7 Form API ajax capabilities.

Hokusai VTE is a clinical trial material ordering site, and the ASCEND study is patient data gathering site for investigators. These sites were built using PHP and smarty. They both provide a data export facility for the clients.
